States have little or no interest in online threat management, but choose to take a highly reactive role, if any. 

 Private Sector Correctional Contractor

A private sector correctional contractor leaked out 6,696 files, some of which contained probation information and internal correspondence. Several files related to internal sexual harassment investigations were also published. RedTeam contacted the organization, and the files stopped transmitting.
